I got to a point in my life where I needed to start doing something about my weight and health. I knew I needed to opt for a healthy lifestyle change. I knew I had to start to exercise and be more motivated. I saw for fitness sake advertising so I thought why not give it ago. I Called Bec and popped down to the show ground to talk with her after one of her bootcamp sessions. It was the Best thing I have ever done! I started doing PT sessions twice a week and wow she is amazing. I chose PT sessions as I'm a bigger girl and it gives me more chance to work 1 on 1 and have a program that works directly for me. Bec got me moving and she gives me the push,drive and motivation that I have never had in my life. I love the workouts and programs that Bec designs to suit my own personal needs and goals. Exercising with Bec from fitness sake is so much fun and rewarding! Yes it's hard work but it's all worth it. Thanks Bec for driving me, motivating me and giving me the power. Because of you I know I can do it!

I almost don't have a muffin top!

After 3 years of crying and complaining that I hadn't lost the baby weight from my son and having aches and pains from my desk job/lack of movement, I noticed a flyer for For Fitness Sake, a new outdoor, boot camp group fitness session starting. The location, the show ground, was close to home, the times looked like matching our working mum/shift working husband/2 kid life available times and the price was good as was the no commitment/come when you like policy so I went along to the first session. Id been semi-regularly going to another bootcamp that was 1 day a week so 3 sessions a week kind of scared me but I kept going. I told Bec that I was extremely uncoordinated and didn't speak "exercise" and asked that she be gentle with me. Fast forward to 5 weeks later/3 sessions a week and I almost don't have a muffin top! Bec's sessions are fun, some times excuritiating, always hilarious, varied, never the same, with a group of people who motivate, encourage, help and laugh (at) with each other.

As a mum of 2, the sessions are also kid friendly. I have to trick my 3 year old so I can go without him at times. He loves coming and while he is supposed to sit and watch, he usually ends up joining in then tells our family and friends how hard he worked at boot camp and how much fun he had. My 14 year old usually attends one session a week which she also enjoys and has been a great encouraging support to me when I started to notice the muffin top shrink. 

I'm very grateful to Bec for starting For Fitness Sake. The aches and pains from lack of movement have gone, I'm now more active and motivated to stay active. Bec puts a huge effort into each session, gives each person one on one attention when needed and has finally got me off my butt! I onced mentioned that her sessions "where like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get" and they are - always a surprise, always something new and always leaving you keen for more.
